Chaplins Time Traveler

I'm sure some of you won't find this interesting but in this video clip it shows footage of a lady on a cellphone in 1928 in the background of an old charlie chaplin movie
Could it be a time traveler?

    okay no matter what,CREEPY...THAT IS NOT A WOMAN BUT AN OLD OLD MAN WITH A DEMONIC GRIM SMILE UPON HIS FACE...NOW IBELIEVE THAT IF YOU BELIEVE IN ASTRAL PROJECTION WHICH IS TRAVEL TO A DIFFERENT PLACE,TIME ,SPACE,MAYBE THAT OLE GRIM MAN WALKED FROM ANOTHER TIME INTO THIS 1928 TIME AND AS DID TURNED INTO THE CREEPIEST OLE LADY.....ONLY HOPE HE/SHE BROUGHT THEIR 8GB CARD.....SO BELIEVE OR WE ALL GOT HOODWINKED
